Clearshield® Pro ACTIV™ is an advanced, transparent paint protection film from Solar Gard. The film creates an almost invisible protective barrier over the vehicle’s original paint and helps protect against stone chips, fine scratches, dirt, insects and everyday wear.

Installation

The foundation of a premium result

1. Work in a clean, dust-controlled environment at a temperature above 10 °C.

2. Thoroughly clean, degrease and decontaminate the paint. The surface must be free from wax, dirt and fibres.

3. The product has both a protective cap sheet on the top surface and a liner on the adhesive side. Both must be removed during installation.

4. Wet-apply and position the film, then work the installation solution outwards from the centre towards the edges.

5. Dry and inspect the surface carefully. Seal the edges thoroughly to help prevent water and dirt from getting underneath the film.
