Made of fine-pore foam plastic, to give a smooth surface.
Once you have used it with TintGel ™, you can easily rinse it in water as TintGel ™ is water soluble.
Can also be used with water-based paints, varnishes and glazes, NOT solvents. Works great even for stains.
